I capped the first run at 25 on purpose, and it filled. What I didn't expect was how many people got in touch afterwards asking whether there'd be another one — people who'd meant to sign up and left it a day too long. This is that second run. Before property, my wife and I were professional musicians. We built an agency supplying entertainers to cruise ships — a decent business on the surface, but income that moved with the tide and a calendar we didn't really own. With one child at home and another on the way, that stopped being something I could square.
So I went into property, and went after the strategies that actually move the needle: HMOs, blocks of flats, portfolio acquisitions, using lease options and vendor finance to scale faster than my own capital allowed. Nine-plus years on that's a 32-property portfolio I still buy, refurbish and operate myself — run lean, with AI and automation doing a serious amount of the lifting.
I've also trained over a thousand investors along the way, which matters here for one reason: I've spent years working out how to explain this stuff to people who don't consider themselves technical. Which, for the record, is most of the room.
None of what I teach is theory. Every tool you'll see is one I built for my own business and still use to run it. I'm not a software company selling you a platform and I'm not a guru selling you a system — I'm an operator showing you what's working, then helping you build your own version of it.
I'll be straight with you, the same way I am on the night: this is work. You'll finish the four weeks with real automations running — but only because you built them, with me helping, not because I waved a wand over your business.

There's no live session in the week of 12 October. It's a deliberate gap in the middle of the course to let you catch up and get properly comfortable with your setup before we start building agents in session three. I'll share resources online to work through, and the Wednesday clinic runs as normal on the weeks either side.
Every session is recorded and yours to keep. You can catch up and still bring questions to the Wednesday clinic or the WhatsApp line.
A Claude subscription (around £18/month) with Claude Code working, ideally before night one so you can follow along from the start. It's not included in the £395. I'll confirm the exact setup steps before we kick off.
