Terms
Four Monday evenings putting AI to work in your property business, starting Monday 28 September 2026. Written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask me before you pay.
The money

Changing your mind
- You have 14 days from the day you pay. On a split payment that clock starts at the first payment, not the second — it doesn't restart on 1 October.
- Cancel before the course starts and you get everything back. Full refund of whatever you've paid, no questions asked, and if you're on the split the 1 October payment is cancelled with it.
- Cancel after the course has started but inside your 14 days and I'll refund what you've paid less a fair amount for the sessions you've had — a quarter of the fee per live session attended. You asked for the course to start inside your cancellation period when you booked, which is what makes that deduction fair. On a split, the 1 October payment is cancelled and anything owed either way is settled between us.
- After your 14 days the fee stands. The seat is yours whether you come or not, and on a split the remaining £200 is still due on 1 October. It's a payment plan, not a subscription — stopping it doesn't end the agreement.
- If I cancel or move something you'll get as much notice as I can give and a recording either way. If I cancel the course outright, you get a full refund whatever stage we're at.
The rest
- It's not a done-for-you service. I teach you to build these things in your own business. You'll need to put an evening a week in between sessions to get the value.
- Everything you build is yours and stays yours, along with every recording.
- Recordings and materials are for members. Please don't share them outside the cohort.
- Straight talk is welcome; abuse isn't. If someone seriously breaches that I can remove them, and removal doesn't refund what's been paid or cancel what's due.
- This is training from a working operator. It isn't financial, tax, legal or other regulated advice, and results aren't guaranteed — the decisions in your business stay yours.
How agreement works: at checkout you type your full name, which is your signature, and it's recorded with your payment along with the date. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
